Ken Hobson, Regional Manager, is responsible for marketing, leasing, property management, portfolio analysis and valuation to best manage High Real Estate Group's Highlands Corporate Center and West Chester Office Plaza properties. High Real Estate Group currently owns, directly or through syndication and joint venture, over 10.0 million square feet of commercial/industrial space, nearly 2,300 apartment units, over 370,000 square feet of retail space and 10 hotels. In addition to leasing and marketing activities, Mr. Hobson's duties include tenant relations, commercial asset income & expense management, contract negotiations, financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and profitability analysis.
Mr. Hobson joined High Real Estate Group in 2013. Prior to Joining High Real Estate Group, he spent 8 years at Marcus and Millichap as a Senior broker specializing in multi-family and retail assets. Mr. Hobson holds a B.S. degree in Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Hobson’s memberships and participation in real estate industry groups includes Commercial Industrial Investment Council (CII), TriState Commercial Alliance, and the Exton Chamber of Commerce and the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce.
